Writing

Every change starts as a page in this handbook. One page holds one decision, with the reason for it written down, because the reason is what future readers actually need.

Review

Two readers per change. The first reads for correctness, the second reads for whether a newcomer can follow it. Comments live next to the paragraph they question.

Release

Builds go out on Tuesdays and Thursdays. A build that fails its own checklist is not published, and the checklist is part of the page that describes the build.
